Legal basis for processing your data
Where the purpose of the processing requires your consent, this is provided by your clear affirmative action. Processing is also carried out on the basis of contract performance, legal obligation, vital interests and legitimate interest where applicable. Purposes of processing
We process your personal data to respond to quote requests, fulfil installation and service contracts, manage warranty and maintenance schedules, comply with our legal obligations, and (with your consent) send service updates.
Categories of personal data recorded
Contact information you provide (name, email, phone, postal address), property details relevant to the work quoted, communications history, billing and payment information, and where applicable site survey notes and engineer reports.
Data transmissions and transfers
By providing us with your personal information you consent that your information, in electronic and/or printed format, may be processed, archived, transferred or provided to a third party in charge of processing (a processor) under a written agreement that requires equivalent technical and organisational security measures.
Transfer of personal data is carried out only where:
- you have unequivocally given your consent;
- the transfer is necessary for the execution of a contract between you and the company;
- the transfer is necessary to protect your vital interests;
- the transfer is of important public interest;
- the transfer is necessary for the establishment, exercise or defence of legal claims.
International transfers
Transfers of personal data to countries outside the European Economic Area that guarantee an adequate level of protection are made only with processors that respect the principles of European data protection law. Transfers to countries without an adequacy decision are made under the appropriate safeguards required by the AEPD.

Personal data is retained for the time necessary to fulfil the purpose for which it was collected and to determine any liabilities that may arise from that purpose, in addition to the retention periods established by Spanish accounting, tax and consumer protection law.
Your data protection rights
You may freely exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure (the "right to be forgotten"), portability, restriction and objection. You also have the right not to be subject to decisions based solely on automated processing, and the right to lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Authority (AEPD).
How to exercise your rights
Send an email to info@envirocarespain.com. The company has models available for each request. The request will be evaluated and acted upon within the deadlines established by Spanish and EU law. If you have not received a response within that period or are unsatisfied with the response, you may file a complaint with the AEPD.
Our security measures
We have adopted appropriate technical and organisational security measures in accordance with Spanish LOPD-GDD and EU GDPR to protect your personal data and prevent its destruction, loss, alteration, misuse, disclosure or unauthorised access. Security is a priority, but no system can guarantee 100% safety.
Job applications and CVs
CVs sent to us are kept in our records for one year and then deleted unless you specifically request a longer retention period. CVs are used solely to evaluate suitability for current or future vacancies.
